Also, I couldn’t stop laughing at Officer Rains — that was hilarious! The NPCs walking in front of the house, the new look of the house, and the father being more involved really made the story feel more complete, you know what I mean? And that father nightmare scene was honestly badass lol.
Officer Nolan T. Rains came from an impromptu conversation with someone in my Discord in the aftermath of posting a preview video of the scene where Brooke gets out of Carl's car wearing only a towel around her tits and her cutoff shorts (her default outfit). It wasn't enough for some people that Brooke slams his car door shut and calls him an asshole--the feedback was "why isn't she wearing an actual top?"
I'm lazy, so rather than going to the trouble of putting a different outfit on Brooke for that one scene, I did the sensible thing and added that extra bit with the pixelated police officer who walks in frame and gives MC a chance to (hopefully) allay any fears the more jealousy-minded players might have about any shenanigans going on. It was one of the unplanned, happy accidents.
As far as the nightmare scene, I was less happy with how that one came out. In my head, I was imagining those 2010-era History Channel Antichrist documentaries where every other shot was of a menacing guy in a business suit running towards the camera in show motion. I wanted to have the dark figure have glowing eyes and a Cheshire Cat smile, but I couldn't get it to work. As a pointless piece of trivia,
that was me playing guitar and bass on the underlying music in the nightmare scene.
Sorry to bother you. My new computer is broken, so (until I can get the money to fix it) I've gone back to playing on my old 32-bit computer. And I'm running into this problem... All the links (this one from Mega and all the ones in the OP) are for 64-bit versions, including the ones listed as x86. Could you please fix that? Thanks in advance.
I'll take a look at it. I usually run the Win64 and MacOS exes after building them to make sure they show the right version number at the title screen, but I don't typically run the Win32 version.
Please make a renpy or an android version please
RenPy isn't going to happen, Sorry. Android is very unlikely to happen simply because of the bandwidth I have to work on the game. I know Unity can build an APK version of the game, but I have been unsuccessful in getting it to even load on either an Android phone or in Android Studio.
