The Fake Mustache is won as a prize from the Claw Dad machine in the arcade. You'll need to find a quarter nearby first.

I also can't achieve Secret girlfriend perk. Any help?

Here my boy, the achievements are not 100% because the strip poker game does not trigger the pixel hunter even after multiples times and the other is just premature ejaculator(we don't do that here).

I also can't achieve Secret girlfriend perk. Any help?

1. There is a bug in 0.6.0.1 where if you completed Meredith's available story using 0.6.0, the Cunnilingus scene won't unlock in the Spank Bank. If you complete the story loading from a save from, say 0.5 or use the Start From Previous Update feature or start from scratch using 0.6.0.1, the scene will unlock. The issue is returning to Meredith if you've unlocked the milestone treats the scene as a repeat and it won't run the unlock at Spank Bank.
   
   I have fixed this and may release an 0.6.0.2 but I'm waiting a little bit to see if anything else is found so I'm not constantly stun-locked releasing patches and hotfixes. For now, as a workaround if you've unlocked everything except the Cunnilingus scene at the Spank bank, you can use the Unlock button at the Spank Bank menu and it will permanently give you credit for that scene.
   
2. Secret Girlfriend == Practice Girlfriend, which you have. Older walkthroughs referred to it as Secret Girlfriend. I believe that was fixed in the 0.6.0.1 walkthrough but some instances may have been missed.

Pixel Hunter is unlocked by beating the pixelated version of Strip Poker on MC's computer, not the real-life version with Meredith.
