That's bad. I mean pirating to play for free use is a thing, but pirating and reselling it as your own work is 100% stealing and fraud, that's making actual profit from someone's else work.

How can Steam permit it? I think Casgra should simply contact Steam for content removal.

They did do one change to the Casgra original. From AD they changed it to BC, moving it 2 million years into the past.
