If by "Depiction" you mean "Scene Writing" then Yes and most of them are very good, way above your average text-based game.

Tiger Lair, Vincent, Carl & the Soldier Squad, the Oni/Youkai Lair (which they *specifically* removed so they could update it and said it would only be "temporarily" gone), new Korvin content, etc. They really haven't bothered adding anything people ACTUALLY want and have just been putting in more and more minutiae for the sake of it.

Well... A developer of the game here. This project is heavily outgrowing the current engine. The team does try hard, but builds constantly fail due to the sheer size of the project and the current engine being unable to compile it without direct changes to it. We are looking into alternatives and are trying our best to solve it, but the process is very slow. Other than these news, I am not sure what I can say as I'd rather not leak out parts that are not to be said to the public.
I think the popularity of games like Tits and CoC/CoC2 made the developers change the direction of the kinks in the game. They must have thought that it would also attract more people, and subsequently make more money from the game.
Well, I can only wish you good luck, and ask you not to ruine the wonderful game you have created.

If you are not making any progress for such long period, yet still care about making the game (not just cash out money), maybe Re-evaluate your approach? Why the process is very slow?

Now they serve a very specificity group: People who like body transformation and Futa / Dick Girls.
I can't say it's good or bad. On one hand, that group of people get better quality and quantity games; but other half-assed contents (or lack thereof) can't satisfy people outside that group anymore, so they move on to find better fit.
The problem is it's difficult to find a "better fit".
Tho I agree CoC inspired a bunch of porn games, but "attract more people to make more money" is not unique to them. Remember those purely F/M game slide in one Femboy BJ scene and advertise it to M/M audience?
