Gargoyle uses the same interpreter as git.exe, with a different frontend. There shouldn't be much, if any, of a difference aside from the GUI.

I'd say Gargoyle's best feature is that it's cross-platform, so if you happen to use any Mac/Linux systems you can share a configuration file between all of them.

So, is there a simple way to export my current git.exe configuration over to Gargoyle? Cause that'd be pretty nice to do.

If not, then I'll just config Gargoyle from scratch and make it feel more comfy for me step by step.

Gargoyle changes the same values for text/colours. You want RGB or AI generating NSFW pic?

What do you mean by RGB NSFW Pic? And are you saying that one of the .exe's has the capability to generate AI art for the game artwork? If yes, then I'm interested~!

I'm not much for AI art myself... but, I'm pretty used to base game art at this point, so it'd be fun to see new art for the game.

Sadly no. There's no way to convert them back and forth.

It took me a bit longer to come up with a Gargoyle configuration that I liked when I switched over to it, but I like its flexibility (heh). It even lets you have custom configurations for each file, so if you play any other Z-machine, Gluxe, etc, games you'll have the option to configure them individually.

i spent more time than i'd like to admit sifting through debug mode, the wiki's vague requirement that she'll eventually go into heat, and their github page trying to get the damn cat to go into heat but unless i missed something i think i wasted my time

I just tried it and what worked for me was: 1.getting out of the library, 2.resting 40 times, 3.getting out/in the library until I got this :"As you enter the library, you are hit with an overwhelming scent..."

I tried doing this before (albeit a little overkill on the resting i just mashed it for 5 minutes) but i've tried following what you said now on a new save in the latest version but unless you constantly went back in and out of the library after resting 40 times for over 10 minutes that unfortunately did not work for me and i never got the message she went into heat


I didn't try what worked for you with Amy and Fang in the library (i grabbed Alexandra beforehand for fun) although if that is the reason why she won't go into heat i am going to cry

You can try checking the git entries for the NPC, the area, etc and see if you can find what activates and when.

I didn't really check if that entry is the one you need, but the event is in that git, somewhere.

I've already checked the wiki, but the only thing i've found about her heat is who she has heat specific scenes with and that it'll 'eventually' happen so i've been mostly checking the github, which double checking doesn't seem to need any npcs to happen. Not like i would let them with how annoying it's been.

from what i get her 'Energy' has to be at 16 for her to go into heat which activates the feline relief scene event and her heat. I have no idea how to increase her energy but from what i can assume and for what worked for FoxBoxCat it does just look like it should slowly increase and happen after awhile but just isn't for me. I haven't been able to find any other info on her heat / event on other pages

You can get Pregnant by most NPC in this game, BUT only a few Named NPC has Pregnant contents
"In Heat" doesn't necessarily mean they are ready to get pregnant, if that's what you want.

I was more after the in heat variations to her scenes than getting her pregnant, i don't actually know if she gets pregnant afterwards though, Tehuantl had a section on her git entry about pregnancy but i don't think it had any content.

Yeah I did a couple of scenes this way as well, it's really a messy game.
Also you can just "Hunt" for the event if you already know the name and met the key prerequisite, so to pass trivial conditions.
but if not it doesn't list what prerequisite you are missing.

Ill probably check out some of the more annoying to view things like certain endings from the GitHub but i still feel cheated having to read it from there after trying for so long.

There is an event tied to when she goes into heat called feline relief but it's for getting some toys to help her sate her heat, the whole reason i tried getting her to go into heat was to sate her heat by boning her. i can't hunt for it anyway since from what i checked it activates when she goes into heat

i mentioned it before but I'm pretty sure her heat just simply triggers after a while once one of her stats reaches a certain number instead of it being a specific event but it isn't for me, none of the other content I've done has just refused to happen so idk what else was messing it up

I mean, you could just make a new game, and just speedrun getting to the museum (you could activate cheats to just make the navigation point be available and not be a lvl 1 pushover.

i tried starting a new game 3 different times with cheats (two with and one without iwannatest just to check if the feats were messing something up) but nothing different i tried before and after getting her made her go into heat

Never really paid attention to the updates but seems Galaxite is still getting and still going to be getting a majority of whatever content is dropped.

One of the backer exclusive things being just that you can rest anywhere in the library is a funny choice, but they've also made the bugfixes / balance changes backer exclusive for some reason? I can't see a good reason those should be backer exclusive.

That doesn't really change my point at all. FS has gone almost its entire existence without having to paywall anything, and now it suddenly pivots to the other direction with zero warning? For content that most people haven't been asking for, when so many other characters and questlines are underdeveloped or outright unfinished - ones they explicitly promised would have been expanded on? For an update that's two months overdue, itself a massive change when updates were usually monthly before this? And the only public content anyone has to look forward to in this update amounts to more Galaxite stuff, a touch up for Meredith's art, and a Firbolg event and...that's it. Oh, and if you think next update will be different then think again; it's going to be even more Galaxite shit and little else, with most of it probably being paywalled until two months after.

It was already mentioned, but making even bug fixes and balance changes backer-exlcusive is nonsensical and is a blatant showing of how little of a fuck they really give anymore if they're expecting you to pay to get bug fixes, or worse, wait two whole months for them to unlock to the public whilst they faff about with more unnecessary Galaxite stuff. Every other piece of content or upcoming events have been entirely abandoned or cast aside in favor of paywalling almost everything and making their chief focus a bunch of stuff nobody but them seems to really care about.
