In-game written tutorial:
Journal->Tutorials->Struggling out of restraints
In-game voice tutorial:
Talk to Sandy (F4 or LB+RB+B). "About moving your body->Do you have some tips for me->How to struggle...".

Short version: Open Inventory, select the hand restraint and "Start struggle". A bar on the right appears. Hold left bumper (or equivalent Hand mode with Keyboard and Mouse), either hold the left stick up, center or down (Sandra should change the position of her hands). Then slowly alternate between the left trigger and right trigger. You get feedback (a checkmark) once you've entered the first correct code, so at worst you have to try all three positions. After that it's basically guessing and executing the right combination (sequence) of hand positions. You'll figure it out.
thanks to you, i learn how to open the tutorial to this specific problem, made me learn... but as soon i finished finally releasing me from my tape, somehow i killed myself by entering the floor or something.. and my last save was hours ago so i gave up xD.

Fun game, gonna certainly try again when more finished

This game has a lot of potential, but for anyone having trouble, I would strongly suggest turning on the thruster cheat. I recommend the camera forward/back option; that way you just point the camera at the direction you want to apply thrust, then press Y for forward and B for reverse.

I would go so far as to recommend to the dev that the thruster option or something like it should be the default, and the mode where you only push with the handles be some sort of hard mode or a way to get achievements.

I think the handles thing would be less of a problem if it were easier to get the character to consistently reach towards something.

Some way to look at something, set a target to say "That's what I'm trying to grab/push" and have the character automatically sensibly reach towards it when close enough to do so (assuming orientation and bindings allow it).

I spent way too long flailing in situations of "I have grabbed a handle by this door and want to push the button next to it with my free hand/foot" or gliding past handles with uncuffed hands going "But...I just want to reach out and poke that thing"

The story is interesting but it is hampered by complex controls to get through it, particularly with the zero G sections.
It does suffer from the dev thinking just because they mastered the complex controls of their passion project (they're more invested already than someone new to the game who would give up earlier) so everyone else could. There should be a simpler way to control if you just want to get to the plot. (I used all the cheat assists to get through the first bit and used the magboots for dear life after.)

It's also a shame the dev doesn't want to do hardcore sex scenes, I would like to see the class C robots get their hands on the protagonist and I imagine they would be more cruder than their handcuff and collar twirling overseer.

so far, it is definitely one of the best 3d games I have ever played as a massive female character bondage game lover. the restraints, her movements and her model are incredible. voice acting is also top level and the game has huge potential.
the controls are tricky for beginners but there are detailed tutorials and also comments on this post that are really helpful. once you figure them out, the game really begins to unleash the good stuff.
the only down side is, there is no sex scenes and it would be an amazing edition, I would love to see her get fucked whilst she is bound and gagged by the robots or they play with her using toys, it would complete the ultimate game for me.

How is that startup task of DAL completed?
Push all top row banks in. Then the middle row banks. Then the bottom row banks.
If you do it in the wrong sequence, the puzzle resets a number of banks are randomly pushed out again and you have to start over.

If you turn on the helper 'spider girl,' the puzzle becomes very easy; just latch onto the wall and walk over the banks. Without it on, I'd suggest saving after every successful press of the top bank. It's too easy to slip and hit a middle bank with all of the exposed.

Is it the protrusion in the middle of the circle on both sides of the entrance?

I don't think you have to go into the inventory and click the item to start struggling, but either way you enter struggling mode by holding shift.
As they said, there's three struggle position, down (S) , neutral (just hold shift without pressing anything), and up (W).
Once you're in one of those three positions, keep the position held and you struggle with (Q) and (E)
If you get the position correct, you'll hear an audio cue and a check mark, if wrong a cross and a "WRONG" buzzer sound.
get all in the sequence correct and the health bar of the tape will go down by a few points
if you get one wrong, you'll have to restart at the beginning of the sequence, but not the whole health bar

Repeat until the tape's health is depleted

One tip is don't mash your struggling
I think its is a best advice for struggling for keyboard users. But it still didn't work for me. In my case I think it was input latency on top of lack of feedback. One and half hours in one spot is my limit apparently.:D I really like to go thru story, but for now it goes in the bin till there made any better controls or workarounds for keyboard ..
I understand Developer have their vision of game. But bro... Has everyone heard about difficulty slider? Not everyone wants to suffer. :D
