I don't think anyone here is self-insert any of the male character, if anything its weird to self-insert yourself to a character.
Most people here just find it a turn off because she not a single mother anymore and still have a husband. Like it's just keep reminding you that she's cheating in a sex scene. It's just most ntr manga where it just keep on and on how the character is married. Most people i know who read ntr to fap on character design.
