Imo the second one just seems totally wrong/doesnt make as much sense for the character - its likely the translation you saw used that one. The second one reads as if all the text comes from Mitsu, whereas we know the first and second to last lines were from the guy, since the colours are different in the video.

The first one makes much more sense - she was talking to her dad, he asked how her brother was, she said he (brother) was looking at her ass and that made her want to touch the dad, which led to this.
