I think that Lada's mosaic restoration is amazing. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if that was what the guy who did the original decensors used. The only issue is the actual mosaic detection. I'm not sure if there are any other detection models besides the ones in their repo.

Lada needs a video format, but you can take a singular image and just convert it into a video and extract the frames from it

I have no idea how to use Linux or Python and the basic detection for anime style videos does not seem to be very good however I saw a recommendation of adding and using this model.

Tried that detection model with Lada, does not work for Flim's style it seems.
