New theory: it's actually the new characters fault. Flim is suffering from a lack of Gyaru mama like us and he's suffering the most from it.
You can do it king, we stay with you and wish for your recovery

Edit: also just to add a few things.
im 100% sure the reception of the new character probably did a lot of damageto him as well
since mitsuki was the last one before the miko everyone had expectation that it was gonna be gyaru mama again
but instead we got a new character
i've seen a few people that complained that it wasnt gyaru mama
this is just a theory but i think that negative reception to his current work definitely affected him worsening his burnout even more
I mean it sucks but... compared to the delicious filth Mitsuki and Gyaru mom were doing, its a pretty tough comparison.
The mom had a lot of make out scenes which were amazing, so its hard to blame people for being fans of the good stuff.
Regardless, I hope Flim recovers and takes it easy for his break. I'll be praying for him
Hopefully he gets well and finds his ground again. His animations and work is great. I particularly hope we see more lovey dovey situations with Mitsuki, and maybe in the future some pregnancy.
Hopefully its just more burnout than actual medical. But if so, folks ought to be wary about how any disappointment with his future projects is voiced. It's one thing to critique, its another to just pile on negativity because you didn't get the scene/model you wanted.
Over the last year I recall a few different folk hanging up the towel due to harsh negativity robbing the joy of the effort from them. This thread seems to be better than most when it comes to voicing its gripes, but if someone is stressed already, the smallest poorly phrased complaint could be the final nail.
I hope Flim does see the thread though, so they can better know the actual appreciation for their work, not just the porn element, but the recognition of their talent with MMD.

Nice to see a few original works in the sea of Koikatsu copy-paste slop.
I would doubt that cuz he/she? would sometime take other's scene without crediting.
I doubt Flim knows about this thread tbh, he hasn't communicated anywhere outside of Fantia or Twitter. If you want to send a supporting message that he'll actually see, it's probably better to post in one of those places. The Fantia comments on his latest post are all very supportive from what I've seen

yeah fantia is the best bet. I did message him during his month long hiatus on twitter to voice concerns and encouragement but I think in general hes not one to reply but he certainly sees the messages.
