Alright, I'm really confused on how to make this game run correctly.
So I need to first download v1.98 then the other two patches (v2.16 and v2.18)
Then do I need to scroll through the entire thread and download each patch separately and hope I don't miss a link somewhere to have it up to date? Sorry but this shit goes against my adhd like crazy.
Or maybe there is a kind soul that has done all that and are willing to share the game folder they have?

No only download the base and one patch (the latest) you want to apply. The 2.18 patch contains everything of the previous patches also.
FYI a couple of posts above I linked to 2.195, the latest stable version shared here.
