And perhaps by 2030, there will be an actual scene to go along with it! Just the one, though.
Sometimes I wonder development team doing this project just a hobby. It's not that they rarely add any scenes but game story seems to be less than halfway as well.

You have to let her hit points fall to 0 so she faints. Then you can have the molesters take her clothes.
To add to that the miasma level must be 3 for underwear and level 4 for the shirt and skirt.

I wasn't able to get it in an existing save
I got it by starting a new game and going straight to the office area. First they grope her for some days until they can make her cum for a couple of days and finally the option "let elulu serve" appeared which makes her do the HJ and the next time the BJ and then a choice appears each time you encounter them in the office street between the HJ and BJ
