I seem to recall an older game where the chess pieces were actual character (one male team, one female team), and the pieces fucked whenever they were picked off. Now that would be an actual "3d hentai chess", but I can't remember how it was called...

Edit: found it ! It was called "love chess" and there were two version of it, a classic Greece themed one, and a post-apocalypse themed sequel -

This is terrible. There's no castling, your king can be in check and it doesn't matter. I have no idea how to play chess like this.

This is a pretty weird version of chess. You can't castle, there are no checks (Kings can literally just be straight up taken) and you can't get back a piece when you have a passed pawn.
