Chapter 3 is the last one, unfortunately. Like others have mentioned, the project is very likely abandoned.
All links to his pages are dead, with no updates for well over a year.

I was really hoping that someone would take over the project but it seems that no one has any intention of doing so, after all this game wasn't that popular, damn just when it was starting to get interesting and when it had just added the futa genre, if someone wanted to take the will to continue this game it would be great, but it won't happen ‍

Sounds to me like someone giving it a start and waiting for motivation from outside. This usually fails.
