While I can think of any individuals who got this sort of effect from Incest (which this game is by the way) I can think of a platform that has in the form of Patreon. They made a stink about incest, and unlike here with this NTR scene where the author could have just ignored the upset masses and left it alone with Patreon you are literally forced to change characters or suffer the consequences of either (A) having your account banned or (B) having you account deleted without warning.so now she gona change the scene bec some snow flask cant stand to watch there aunty melinda getting some side action.

It is one of the major reasons why we have many incest games where Mothers/Aunt's/Stepmother's etc are turned into Landlords and Sister's/Cousin's/ Daughter's Etc are turned into roommates and people/Creators have to make outside incest patches.
