Even though I have an RX 6650XT, my game on low runs at 3fps in the menu at 99% of usage, what's happening?

Go to the official website "reshade", download, run the program, specify the path to "game.exe", select what needs to be disabled in the graphics settings.
It's the Ryzen 5 5500 but if I look in a corner the game returns to 60fps, and it seems that the ray tracing in the game is always active, I really don't know how to disable it. Can you send me your ReShade Preset? If you found the ray tracing option and sending me your preset will help
I have Ruzet 5, GTX 1070, ddr-32 gb. The game runs at 40 fps. I am not using this program now. This game works fine.
here, 99% usage and the ryzen 5 5500 almost sleeping, and even so below 10fps, I think you're getting 40fps because your card doesn't have RT colors, and that's why the game isn't forcibly activating ray tracing
I cant get pass the editing client video, i think i might soft lock my self. I have the ai video but I cant do anything else, can someone help?
Not the password, the editing client video part, i clicked randomly and some how got the video on the timeline, after that i press the ai button and now i don't know what to do. i can only click on the full screen button but it just goes blank. Maybe i softlock myself.

You have to watch the whole AI video - the murder and the sex - then you will see something interesting that you will have to inform the client about.
