Weird I can't reproduce the issue. Tested all links and for all I have the 1080p option.
Did you try just start the game and see what happens?

I assume no mods installed as there are non. The only solution I see is either try to re-download and see if that does it. Or if after testing it doesn't work try the 720p one.

Sorry, I have no clue, why the options wouldn't show up Maybe try start the game anyways. Maybe it just works?
If not then there is only the option for orig or 720p.

I have the same issue too. I stick Window in screenmode, the game window gets bigger, and the 1080p 60fps option shows up like bob69 said
