Does this build have all the content in it? I saw a bunch of stuff used to be locked behind a higher tier on patreon and the gallery says I need the 12$ build to see a lot of the full versions of scenes

Care to elaborate? Which part exactly doesn't work? Download itself seems to start fine for me, although I realise just how slow MediaFire downloads run for me
EDIT: I downloaded it off the MediaFire link, extracted, and booted the game up to main menu. Does it not work like so for you?
