It's tagged with NTR and swinging. It also mentions that if the MC fails to pull his weight basically, his girlfriend will have to compensate. So I'm guessing the MC failing is where the NTR comes in.
However, what about the swinging? If the MC doesn't fail, does he still have the option to share Nora? Or is it the case where the only content where Nora is with other guys is when the MC fails, and you get to choose if the MC is okay with that or not? I would definitely prefer the former, definitely curious.
Or is there a third possibility where the swinging content has nothing to do with the MC or FMC, and it's instead tied to the other characters?
*edit* The reason I think it could be the third one is because in this image a female character who isn't the MC's girl is getting fucked and you can see what appears to be an arm on the left side of the image.
