It's honestly one of the biggest flaws of the game.
The MC is way too angry and behaves like a cunt to some of the girls and others.
It gets better later when he finally accepts that he wants to have incest and breed his family.
Unfortunately there are still some moments where he is an asshole.

It's honestly the devs fault for not understanding that being an asshole and being confident aren't the same thing.
It's a writing fallacy.

I actually never saw where the mom and grandma had ages listed, but I guess if your goal is to get to a point where the grandma can get knocked up, she can't be much beyond 45 for that to happen.

A scammer would not put out updates to the game, there was 3 updates last year, and just one at the end of December, his updates are 3 months or more, better than most dev's considering how much content each update has.
