[I'M not virtue signaling below, and i'm not against piracy especially in countries where corporates fucks doesn't adjust their prices to fit adequately with the local currency, the cases of which i resort to it it's More About Convenience Than Price for me, but especially i feel compelled to pay the devs that share their work for free here]

i became jaded a long time ago to all sorts of mainstream porn and amateurs, and after i found this forum i thought i hit the jackpot, after rustling with myself about the ethicality of downloading for free because most of the AVNs i viewed and liked its promo renders at the beginning the only way to support developers was patreon (i'm not a fan of this paying model and even if i can't because they don't accept my payment method) i'm more of a (tell me how much your work worth and if i find it reasonable i will pay you for it at once (steam model)
now i live in Germany and here we have a full censorship for steam and gog, so you can't purchase AVNs at all, also a lot of the devs here doesn't have steam pages, after awhile i found out you can buy steam keys for ANNs from kinguin (the only place) and a lot of these keys are for beta testing so you have to be quick and check the adult section every day or you might miss your chance and not all devs sells keys outside of steam, so this year i purchased nearly 150 keys for AVNs and i only played couple of them just to offset the handful of ANNs i downloaded here for free until last week when i travelled to France i changed my store country to it and the floodgates opened and i spent 400€ in the NSFW section on steam even for AVNs i already viewed and the rest of them except for hentai i wishlisted them (around a 100) for another round of buying later

back on point, at the beginning after i downloaded and viewed a handful of AVNs from here i became jaded to those also, except for 2 tags that still does it for me (NTR, pregnancy) so your AVN fit the criteria, around April i found this page through the pregnancy tag, i downloaded v0.9 it was a decent AVN but short, over the next couple of months i checked this page couple of times for updates to no avail and forgot about it until today when i checked latest updates there's a new version so i downloaded it and viewed it

it took me 5-10 minutes omE.................. Really, after almost 4 months!!!!!?????????
so that's when i decided to check your patreon's page and read the Changelog to find out there's only "3450 unique renders overall" in the span of three years!!!??? that amount to 3-4 updates to some devs here!

now clearly there's not enough financial incentive to work more on this AVN (for different reasons maybe: lack of updates, short updates, not enough marketing efforts, not enough time, ROI not worth it etc...) even though here you can find worst quality AVNs than this have more support! now i don't know if it's a hoppy or side hustle or both
and i don't know the mechanics and what goes on with getting accepted to sell your work on steam but your AVN doesn't have anything out of the ordinary to not get approved on steam! so why not try your luck there?

there's an AVN there (most popular i think) with around 12k overwhelmingly positive reviews and most of them mentioning boobs!
now i'm sure that one is far more superior even though i bought it last week but didn't try it yet because no pregnancy but in your AVN you have 3 big tits, 2 decent boobs, now imagine you have a steam page with couple of promos to the models with big boobs i'm sure you'll have yourself another decent source of income, then maybe and only maybe with acceptable financial incentive you'll devote a little more of your time to your project and we can have ourselves more frequent updates that's more than 5-10 minutes!!!!!!!!!!!! one can only hope

This game got a lot of negative reviews for no reason when it came out (they giving 1 star because the MC's medical condition was "unbelievable", pretty suspicious considering the genre) so the dev got demotivated. Maybe more interactions with the community between updates would help.

It really would... but the dev is barely here... the Discord is basically dead and the SubscribeStar is pretty dead too... dunno about Patreon.

10 gig limit per day, not per week. If there isn't a torrent pixel drain is my first back-up, then gofile or mega or one of the slower downloads. If you aren't blocked by a repressive government, post secondary institution, workplace, or predatory ISP, torrent should always be an early choice.

A big thing to understand though is the expectations for a porn game on steam is way way lower than a porn game advertised elsewhere especially on this website. I have used this website to play games for a long time now and I have supported plenty of devs that I ended up liking enough to do so. Steam is so lucrative because the normal person doesnt know about f95 and the tons of porn games out there so they expect way less. This game here is simply "ok" due to rate of updates and some other factors, on steam this game would sell like crazy and be a 10/10. Just look at subverse. That game is very mediocre teetering on bad and it was overwhelming positive on steam and sold a stupid amount in the begining before more people realized it wasnt all that.

Thanks for clearing that up. I personaly try not to use Mega or Pixeldrain because of their limitations and when i do it's usually 2-3 gigs file. Gofile or Workupload-> i think it's the name-> works for me or the ones with lower download speed. Torrents also are good alternative.
