Not really, no. Names are typed in the script files, not variables. They won't be changeable without a find-text-with-replace patch. And AFAIK that doesn't exist for this game; the incest patch only is available, and it doesn't change character names.

BTW, PornPan, I apparently missed this before, but I saw a link for The Last of Our Blood although that's abandoned. Are you planning on circling back to that whenever Forbidden Passion completes, or should I not bother? I just thought that if it will be worked on later (even in a few years), I could always play what's there in the coming couple of months and then have it on pause until ForP is finished.

Not really rethought, but just finally were able to get another release out. AFAIK they hadn't ever planned to abandon it.

You can get them all pregnant if you choose to by the time the game has finished development.
