Also, is the voice AI or is it a real person? Also also, is it actually voiced or is it just moaning? Cause I know a lot of games get the voiced tag just for having some simple moaning during h scenes.

The dialogues were voiced, and since the 4th story didn't had voiceover, its likely just a trial by the developer, though the developer also mentioned this version he had rushed a bit as there was lot of content.
I think only The Awakening and NLT's gaming have "proper" voiceover, at least from the one's i have played
how do I apply the ic patch to the game on Mac? I have added the patch to the game folder but when I open the game, it says ' no patch installed'.

Make sure it goes in the right folder, Mac has a different folder structure, so you need to find the folder called "game" then copy all the contents of it into the folder called "game".

am I to assume that the pregnancy tag is only for the end of the game? it would be nice if it was mid game or something.
Nothing visible yet, since time hasn't passed enough in the game, but you can breed few already.
