Yes it is complete. There's only 2 pictures in the Skyline folder.

Some of these are because your archive has higher quality (ex. "Mercy's Snacc"). But some videos are just missing (ex. "Pharah Deep Throat"). Neither archive seems to have 2017 videos (I guess 2017 was only stills?), I don't know where Naizi's screenshot is from.
