Technically it only allows 6GB FAST, the rest is just slower. It'll probably show up on the OP soon enough with more mirrors
Edit: I checked to make sure but you can download the individual archives if you only want the new stuff. Also, you can bypass the limit for different downloads (not ongoing ones) by switching IPs (VPN) and browser sessions (use incognito, close incognito tabs completely between downloads).
