If you mean how the scene itself plays out...kinda, but not really? It's weird. I think I've come to the conclusion that this is a similar situation to Succubus Affection, where being the only actual male for miles leads all the monsters around you to be a bit desperate, meaning that even the ones that can control themselves are just really good at hiding their heat. The Elf being the same way just adds up with that in mind.
You know, that makes me think of something slightly tangential. Is it truly desperation, or is it the "I'm a good girl" type of behavior? I don't know how to explain it in a conscise way because I'm drunk, do I'll explain it in a example ladden way.
Girl A: I'm a bad bitch, thus I wanna fuck and will do that whenever I want.
Girl B: I'm a good girl, but I got needs. When I'm ovulating, I want it 'cause my body demands it and it feels good.
Girl C: I'm a well read, well educated, well brought up girl. I'm well aware of my own instincts, but I won't give in to them.

The elf, to me, feels like Girl C. Particularly so because A: she's shocked when you find her masturbating and B: she'll be more submissive and less needy when you engage her when she's initially found masturbating. But the fact that she jumps MC once he's found her out (but not if the MC never goes into her room) tells me that she simply gives up her "morals and principles" because MC already seen what's going on. She can't keep pretenses anymore. Might as well "let it happen".
