That was me. I wasn't signed into google at the time.
I also did a lot of work for the fandom wiki while it was still active, and even solved a problem that was around for years.

Oh, okay then. If that's the case, then I would greatly appreciate your help on this in the future. (I probably don't even have to ask, but I may as well be polite instead of assuming-) I did not have the chance to experience the game in the past, so I don't have nearly as much experience with what's to be expected and just the general methods of finding some of the finer details of the game out.

The why there is leftovers of other games there is because he probably used to test the game with better resolution sprites, the ones from FOBS old are worst, so probably used this until he make the new ones. Also he can test mechanics from the other game with already made sprites and hitboxes.

Start with the A version, then go to the B version. The latest version is a complete remake being worked on (relatively) from the ground up, so it's very much unfinished in every way, though it's being updated roughly every month.

While the old game was decent at the moment, it didnt age well, most new Side-scrollers are better (succubus affection from same developer is a good example) and if this game wanted to keep developing it needed a change, also the old engine has a limit for use thats why the game was separated, something that now can be done in 1 game.
Correction, the combat is more complex not bad, like the one in SA.
Is an alpha so many things are not implemented, like there is the icon for salamander girl from fobs b but she is not in the game yet.
The capture is there for most enemies and u can see the animations in bestiary, also this works if they kill u.
The store has the girl animation already and what do u want to build now, with 2 really easy bosses being the difficult part.
The most difficult thing for now is doing the monkey girl in no hit (and it only has 4 attacks), which achievement doesnt work and dont give anything for it.

Considering October was post 6,with November naturally being post being 7, we may already be in month 8 of development.

Yeah, I figured that would be the case. Animation is Zell's forte as far as I've been told, so the fact that they've made this much progress with the animation part is both impressive and to be expected. With that in mind, programming (again, as far as I've been told) is their piano, or their mezzo forte at best.

Like I've said in an older post, Zell will be less remembered as a dev but always as a gallery animator
(in part since that was fobs origins)

...I don't need to say much more than Yuki has already, but if you don't like how a game is built, consider giving constructive criticism instead of just listing off gripes with no suggested solution. (Also, to reiterate, the new version is nowhere close to finished. It is actively being worked on, but it is not in a state to be considered nor treated/judged as a full game yet.)

The jumping doll girl had a confusing capture. After experimenting with it a bit, it was actually extremely simple. I think it was something like needing to hit the doll at a specific time at first. Turns out, you only needed to kill them all.
