I...don't see how your point still stands here. I said that the pictures would be for things that aren't easy to find. If you can find something without having to poke around for a fake wall or find an obscure visual hint to lead you in the right direction, there's no point in adding a picture. If finding something is a direct key to progression, then I'm not going to bother covering it with more than a sentence or two because you HAVE to find it somehow, with or without help. The devaluing of the guide doesn't come from adding pictures, as I've done that a lot already. The devaluing comes from giving you the answer to something vital in progression. Again, you're asking for me to help you completely ignore a part of the game in favor of taking the easiest way out. The fact that someone who's colorblind still figured out the puzzle on their own means that a picture is not necessary, all it takes is a little bit of a nudge in the right direction. I will give the answer to the ruins puzzle when asked, but again, straight up giving you the answer in the guide, whether through a detailed explanation or a picture, would defeat the purpose of it being a 100% guide and not a walkthrough.

dont worry we circle back here when you add it then i say i told you so

I think at the end of the day Zane put it best, a guide is to do exactly as it says, guide you, while a walkthrough is a literal walkthrough and fully holds your hand through it. (I've seen walkthroughs miss some stuff at points too)

The other aspect is that I think people need to be grateful there's a guide or walkthrough at all, people don't have to make them at all, they're taking the time out of their day to make it.

I think people feel too entitled to things nowadays, and they don't realize on the internet, you don't know anybody, and nobody owes you anything. That isn't a one-sided thing either, it goes both ways, after all, we're all strangers on the internet and don't know each other and we're just random people.

Very well said. I do want to be receptive to requests since this was made to be useful to everyone, but I also want this guide to help in a way that doesn't strip away the spirit of a true 100% run. If someone does make a full walkthrough, I would be glad to have this guide be a good reference point for them, but I personally wouldn't feel comfortable doing it. Not because of a sense of pride, but because I feel like this is a game worth experiencing thoroughly, even if that's through a lot of trial and error.

the remake has actually turned into a game. it may not be finished, but kudos to zell for getting this far. I finally figured out where his alias came from "Zell" "Emperor Zell" "konosuba"

...we're all strangers on the internet and don't know each other and we're just random people.
See that's the thing, we are all not just strangers, we all have our anonymity here.
Sure I could name myself Phillip L. Williams with a human icon representing my IRL self but then people would know who I am and anything I say that people feel strongly about could lead to me being visited IRL for something stupid I said online.
In public you wouldn't out of nowhere start blurting about sensitive topics or do a little bit of trolling.
But on the internet with the provided benefit of anonymity you are basically free to say, and some times do, whatever you feel like to an extend.
And some perceive it as having no repercussions or consequences.
A lot of users feel more braver saying something online they would never say in a personal 1-on-1 conversation or within a group of people.

So in conclusion; yes we are all strangers and we all will never meet in real life, so far as we are aware of, but while we shouldn't take them to heart that there are others that are especially like that specifically because of of the anonymity factor.

I was moreso emphasizing how people feel entitled to things, and just "expect" you to do w/e/give w/e. That's why I said it's a two way street, no one owes anyone anything, because you don't know them at all, they're randos on the internet, strangers.

Same thing applies to real life, I don't know anybody besides my friends, people I get to know, and my family members. My loved ones essentially.

I also like the previous example, don't owe them anything, same for them, they don't owe anything to me. (people I don't know I mean, mostly.)

I think there's too much nowadays of an emphasis on "friendly community", where everyone is just supposed to walk on eggshells and be super nice, helpful, and friendly towards one another. I find that to be superficial, and very fake. You should be honest with yourself and not try to appease people.

Either way, I don't want to keep harping on the off-topic discussion territory, because we all know how that goes, but it was nice to have a chat with both of you.

then mabye dont make guide if you dont wanna add things to it. nobody asked him to make guide so if you already making it. adding small text saying middle left right with picture wont ruin entire guide. and eventual he will make it part of hes guide am just ahead of time .

what ever you put out on internet is allowed to be commented on by other people on internet . i have 0 powers over him and vice versa . same way you can talk to wall i can still respond to you even tho i dont matter to you.

Some parents harbor the thought "since I brought you into this world you owe us everything".
focus on good
dunno man i feel different about that. if you got (good )and lucky parents and can enjoy their life with them. if somthing bad happend to them why not support them. notion that when you 18 nobody brought you to this world is slowy killing western world. in asain kids stay with parents even in their 30s till they found spouse that can leave and build home with.

nobody asked to be born however time/money/love invested in you by good parents should atleast own them your time/love/money

You also weren't forced to use the guide now, were you?

I don't feel like entertaining this any longer since I have things I need to do, but this right here is all you're getting. I had planned to add it to help people out anyway, but I'm still not straight up giving the answer. If you want to skip the puzzle, that's fine, but I'm not gonna advocate for it in the guide by giving the password outright. Period point blank. If you think I will in the future, I'm not going to stop you from thinking that, but I hope you haven't bet money on it.
