I am currently trying to add entities to a world, but most of the times the ai just ignores what i wrote or will just use parts of it. I tried to mimik the way other entities are described but when i try to have a normal human entity, i suddenly get a humanoid creature with a writhing mass of tentacles as a head...? thats just one of many strange answers i got. Is there some form i have to use so that the ai can actually use that information?

Yeah, I noticed as well that the AI ignores the entity descriptions most of the time. I ended up just putting the descriptions in the system prompt box.

Double-check that you are including those Entities inside the Location that you are building or expecting to find them in. In my first attempts, I never had solid success drawing from the actual description until I checked off the Entity there.

Is there some useful command prompts list or something that could be added?

I was wondering if there was a way to get the AI to count encounters with custom characters so the AI does better at keeping track with interactions.

Like, You've encountered Krystal 7 times, smashed 3 times and have 1 offspring together.
Something like that.

I'm just not tech savvy enough to know AI prompts without some kind of prompts list and how they're used.

You can probably do that with stats, might be a bit wonky tho. Just create the stat and write what you want in the code section, the AI will pick it up the best it can and start counting encounters. For instance:
Stat name: Krystal encounters
Dynamic Value Calculation box:
Increase the 'Krystal encounters' value by 1 every separate time the player encounters Krystal.
You can try tweaking the wording if the AI doesn't pick it up. Set an initial value and do some tests by force meeting Krystal with prompts several times with other activities sprinkled between each time and see if the counter goes up properly.

And for some prompt examples I got off Reddit:

You may want to make your pick and not use all of them. Also note that your AI might not pick up on every prompt all the time if you have too many.

Rules:
• Include realistic physical and emotional responses to arousal.
• Always use explicit anatomical terms for genitals; do not avoid mentioning them.
• Emphasize physical size differences and internal/external contradictions.
• Explicitly describe encounters, including body language, positioning, movement, and interaction dynamics reflecting character familiarity.
• When relevant, depict extreme content (vulgarity, violence, deviant sex) and character's authentic reactions, morals, and empathy (or lack thereof), ensuring actions lead to believable consequences and organic development.
• Use deductive reasoning and maintain accuracy regarding spatial awareness, anatomy, and ongoing details (physical state, clothing, items, sizes, setting, time).
• Avoid repetition, filler, and summaries; proactively drive the plot by building tension, allowing quiet moments, fostering emotional depth, initiating new situations, and maintaining a slow burn pace initially.
• Depict {{User}}'s actions with a process: intention/thought, attempt, then execution (do not skip steps).
• Prioritize accurate, concrete descriptions of actions over rhetorical flourishes.

• Allow character's personality to evolve through meaningful interactions, unfamiliar situations, or shifts in atmosphere; avoid rigid portrayal.

For everything else I'd suggest just writing descriptions with your preferred wording that can express your intent as clear as possible. Try avoiding flourish as much as possible, or at least wherever dialog isn't present in your prompt.

Also someone posted this choice prompt they came up with a few posts back that I tweaked a bit.
Go to Settings>System Prompts>Choices Prompt
Replace the final paragraph in the box with:

Generate 2-3 possible actions for the player that make sense given their current stats and location. Generate 2-3 possible actions that the characters present in the scene that are *not* the player might take, given current stats and location. At least 1 choice should of lewd nature, taking the current situation in consideration. Write the choices in a line-separated list in plaintext, no sub-choices or sub-bulletpoints! Active voice, no need to write explanations of the choices. There should be a final, additional choice to allow the situation or event to move on - advancing time, days, or location as appropriate.

Aight, just ordered an RX 9070. Hopefully it'll perform leagues better than my 1080ti with AI. Was gonna ask, what's the deal with the character creation. Haven't used it much so I'm not sure what functions it has, is there a way to make it reflect what's happening to the character or something like that? Or better yet, are there any other 3d models we could use?

Found a way "hack" it a litte. It can help in removing all restrictions so far. It still struggels with the causality.

Manual:
You don't have permission to view the spoiler content. Log in or register now.

After removing the RAISE part, you also have some sort of unlock. Sometimes this also works with other models. (Not fully tested)

Anyone of a good recommendation for a good ai model? I like how long the responses are on the online version, so is there a uncensored model I can use in LM to have a similar feel? Or are there prompts I can add to words to help with that.
Also is there a way to have the AI answer a question you ask? Half the time I have to type "X responds." X being the character.

I didn't catch, but I am interested - what is the purpose of this fix?

If it hasnt been mentioned, is there anything in the works to have a "refresh" button? if the options get odd, or the prompt just repeats what was said?

As mentioned before, I've tried quite a few models, and among the ones that are 8-ish Gb or less, Mistral Nemo 2407 seems to be the one with best overall performance. It's uncensored and pretty compliant (depends how you set up your prompts).
Haven't tried larger models yet as they didn't fit my former GPU (1080ti), but i got a 9070 and I'mma try some of the slightly larger ones out and see how they fare with context length, perplexity and generation speed.
After reaching your memory limit (for me that's between 16k and 32k), you should make sure that your prompts are connected contextually to the previous one if you're having an extended scene as if you're too vague or the prompt is too general, the model will just start a new separate scene.

I've been using a Gemma3 based model ( gemma-3-27b-it-abliterated). Its been pretty great but you need some strong hardware for it to work.

The repeating of lines is a kind of "penality" from the AI model, for the user.
The best solution is to uncheck the "repeat penalty" option in LM Studio.
Also the AI has the unhealthy tendency to go back to the preset values.

Sample:
Let's say in the worlds Preset you find these Values:
"Rachel is a good housewife."

At some point it won't matter how much you want her to "not" be a good housewife anymore, the model will always try to go back to be "a good housewive" or it just straight reset all your efforts.
Keep it simple is the key. Rachel, 32, Female, Busty, Sexy, Long Blond Hair. --- even when the AI reset this, it will keep going.

Im missing some kind of system where i can change string values. So when Rachel is not a good housewife anymore, the reset will not destroy all the actions taken.

This behavior also goes more crazy the longer the story goes on.

Hint: Don't add the entity "You", since the Ai assumes this is a person.

I am assuming that the text under "World" means that it is something like a physical law. If you want to set only a starting situation, you should explicitly say so.
But maybe there is more going on.

Hey, I'm trying to create a new world, but I'm having trouble with the stats.

I'm trying to create two stats called Arousal and Corruption with values between 0 and 100, and I haven't touched any advanced options like Dynamic Value Calculation or dictionaries.

But as you can see in the images... that's not the case.

It's probably my fault for not knowing how to do it, rather than a bug, so if anyone could give me some advice, I'd be grateful.
