This is the weakest AVANT-GARDE game I've ever played. The story is dull, with no meaningful choices to make. It’s all about who you spend time with, and the NTR aspect is terrible—it’s basically just rape turned into a form of NTR, and it’s poorly executed. To make matters worse, the game only has four characters, which feels like a waste and a bad decision overall.

I think they are both the start masturbation scenes, judging by the first two images top left of Maya and the page number

Start the game on the first day wait until night (pick any option doesn't matter) then visit either girl.

Every night pick only Maya
Then do the same on another playthrough for Airi

You'll have to play through to the intro or like 1-2 days before it twice for both girls to unlock (rule of thumb just do it until you get to the cutscene then close the game and check the gallery to see if the scene unlocked)
