Wow replaying this is worst thing ever with the list of 20+ clickable objects, no quest log to tell which of them to click each time.
It feels like a rudimentary algorithm going trough the list one by one after each dialogue section.

Either start a new game and at the nation selection screen click the middle, or finish book 4 and step into the portal.

can you get to book 5 from both slave/love routes? or is it just love route?

well, you visit all your loves, it's the most logical thing to do..... don't need game to tell you that. Tough part is that you can't go directly to Katara.
Does anyone know the code to remove Ravka's pregnancy?
