I've been trying to get further in the love route and train my firebending but I'm stuck with getting a disguise. Plus I've pressing shift+o to enter the menu for cheat codes but it's just settings for sound and all that help please.

Have you encountered Lia? I believe to start that you either have to do training with Azula and/or go to the shop then back to Azula then to the alley. As for the debug menu, you need to enable it. Look up unren here or look up how to enable the developer console for renpy on your favorite search engine.
To be perfectly honest with you, I doubt that anyone would need cheats for this game, and for the disguise part, I guess you are referring to Book 2, in that case you have to catch the blue spirit.
