Mity's been good about save compatibility, try going back to the main hub area of whatever chapter you're in and saving again on another save slot, then go to the new version and try load. if you were mid cutscene and they edited the cutscene you'd be in programming backrooms.

Please help I'm stuck on book 2, I got back from the Island, I've done litearally everything, I've bought every single item in the shop, I have over 40 cows, I have done every single option numerous times in the throne room, I've done everything in the tower many times over, I've checked the Alley countless times and nothing changes, I've served god knows how many drinks, The soliders dont let me drink with them saying private party, I gambled with ty lee, I can't talk with my uncle anymore he just says if I need something and I say guess not, I've done every interaction with Lih (blue spirit), I can't train anymore, I've fought the earth mfkers countless times, and azule's night scene is the masturbation one, and during the day her door is locked, I've also done the box puzzle in my room, what do I gotta do to advance its day 94...
