in order to get jins date ya gotta play the romantic route and gotta find a girl that helps ya de-hypnotizing girls 8you can trigger said infos by talking with ya maid in your room).

Considering book 3 has one complete route you can safely say its 5/8 complete, to be fair each book can be considered a complete game, so the speed is acceptable, even more so considering how few trainer games get completed.

Jin date triggers after you do some anti hypnosis treatment on her. though i cant remember how to trigger that. For me it was the fist event i did in the new update.
