Well, eyes often get swollen and puffy after crying. Maybe that's what she can "see"

Considering book 3 has one complete route you can safely say its 5/8 complete, to be fair each book can be considered a complete game, so the speed is acceptable, even more so considering how few trainer games get completed.

Jin date triggers after you do some anti hypnosis treatment on her. though i cant remember how to trigger that. For me it was the fist event i did in the new update.

Speak to Ty Lee in the Brothel and choose the option for sex. Then Ty Lee will send you on some errands involving cabbages. then you can pay her the cabbages you acquired and take her to pound town
