If you haven't meet Kyoshi or Yangchen yet try going the furthest left on the city streets and Kyoshi should be there, that's where I was stuck at for a while.
Well once again i have tried and nothing. The last thing i have done is unluck all the stuff in the Police HQ and the 3 girls in the park. And after that i have nothing else to do. I have talk hundred of time to everyone, test all the possible option, visited every possible screen, going to sleep for hundred of time and still nothing

Shyah its the blue star in upper right corner at air island.. if star is not blue you have to sleep a few times. lose the match like you agreed too and go back to the park.. after go to city streets walk to the far left talk to spirit.
Go to the room on the Ang Statue island.
