yes, only 1 option there will lead to something, otherwise itll end.

Spinner level seems needed to progress training with Korra, im not sure tho cause i maxxed it out in one go.

The very first Red & Blue versions had something you had to dig for. If you went to the big building in Celadon City after completing the Pokedex, up at the top of it you could talk to someone that would tell you to link your GameBoy to that dumb Gameboy Printer nobody remembers and it'd print out a little Pokedex diploma with your game time on it.

Congratulations, you wasted your time, no, but seriously, the devs said that it is skipable, it was so they could make that stupid card game. Maybe in the future they will make something for it but it will be an annoying thing to do because player has just three in-game days to do so, and not everyone is patient enough for that shitty game.
