Can you tell me two facts please:
Who did you choose?
1. Azula or Mai
2. Korra + Jinora or Korra only
It happened for me only when Mai's ending was chosen and only the first time the scene is played.
Yeah, I ended up with that too. It was fixed on repeats of the event though.

For those who don't know/haven't tried.There's hope of getting em and bypass the ghosts-mode (fetish) Watertribe girls mode. (God, those eyes and faces just floating around and randomly appearing of that mode gave me ''that 4th boss of Pizza Tower'' vibes.) (I didn't directly say the boss's name to avoid spoilers.)
Just agree to the Footjob (By pressing/tapping ''Interesting!'') and she'll just approach you two anyway, and then press/tap ''Stop'' or '' Finish - Cum'', you'll get that scene anyway.
