MiTy (May it Taint you) stands for the team that consists of one coder, who also does the main part of writing, and one artist, who does the rest of writing, for the main (FET) game.
said artist does the halloween shorts on his own, likely using assets and ideas that didn't make it into FET for a variety of reasons, and additional stuff to make it a story around the halloween theme. there tmk he does the story and coding by himself.

Well it also said that if the coder doesn't meet the deadline that they themselves put together, than MITY might just mcfuckin lose it and look elsewhere.
Not outright stated but MITY is reaching his boiling point even if it's a fairly high temperature already.

This "bum" did most of the writing that made the game so good in the first place. It's not even guaranteed that you'd like the game so much if they replaced him. That's why this is a problem.
The writer / coder is worth waiting for... creativity takes time - deserves respect.

Maybe then it would be worth hiring a separate person for the code. 25k is not bad money and it would not hit the project budget too much. But apparently all the problems of MITY run into banal greed.

It's more complicated. Legally, the coder has to decide to hire new people. The artist is just under contract.
they have started the book 4 love route (only one update) next update was supposed to come out in the beginning of october but the writer is suffering from writers block
