Keeping Senna's pictures doesn't change anything (so far).
Winning the penguin game without a hit is the first time in this game where you will get some additional (though very minor) content. Not sure if it counts if you end up on a not perfect round but as soon as it's triggered you don't have to do it again to get the scene.

Is there an estimate on which day we'll get the early access?

Main story is complete, now Mity is making epilogues. They are basicaly big fuckfests, but you still get the funny and a bit of plot. Especialy the current one for slave route, feels like continuation rather than epilogue. And for 3 year there will be definitelly many new things, he's rather constant with updates.

My save bugged out after returning from the water island in the slave route. Every time I try to move somewhere on avatar island I get an error message plus every time, I would try to go to my room Pema would be there instead of the Amon follower, but I managed to fix that one.

You likely missed a story sex scene, finishing Korra's training, or you need to talk to the Shady Girl again about the sleeping pills. You need to talk to her a couple times because of a bug. Perhaps wait until 1.1.2x releases and see if you missed something then.

Those scenes are in the slave route epilogue. The Island is the love route epilogue

It seems that update 1.1.1 cut the wedding with Korra and Jinora from the end of book 4. Currently there is only information that such an event took place. I am VERY disappointed, or maybe it is some kind of bug ?

Likely a bug, better report it. That's why they call it a bug hunt version.

On another note, when you use ending choice on the main screen (the middle ying/yang symbol, not the ones on the side), you can't get past the stage where you talk to Katara. You have to engrave the ring, but you have no money and there's no way to earn it.
