The storyline is complete, they're just adding bonus scenes iirc. You're fine to play this version and get all the scenes to your satisfaction then move on.

I decided to give this a try again but now I'm stuck even with the walkthrough mod. The main guide says to have anal sex with Katara but I already did this several times and it doesn't progress.
