I'm trying to go back through the game after I reformatted my computer. I'm on Book 2 and I just got back from Ember Island. I can't seem to progress any further. No matter what I do it just tells me "Huh her door is locked. Maybe I should go talk to someone else." I've talked to everyone, nothing is helping.

Buy a newspaper for Pema, when you want to enter the hotel - you will get information that the girls have evacuated.

my save is from the most current version, this error persists since version 0.9.6

Already said it before; the updates to the completed FET feel so pointless, as they're just on-demand, instant sex with no relations to story, requiring nothing to do besides visiting every location at any time of day. And the new scenes are basically just slight variations of what we've already seen so many times.

I like the updates to FET personally and I can't wait for more. Sure, there's no story involved, but this is basically just additional content of things he wanted to include, but didn't have time to put in, or it didn't make sense to put into the main story. I'm enjoying all the family threesomes(/foursomes/fivesome!), the lesbians asking the MC to impregnate them, the public sex, the youth potions, the nude beach, and everything else we're getting.

Honestly, some people just aren't understanding the value a post game like this is going to have in the future when doing new playthroughs. Right now, it's just kind of a nice little thing. I already finished the main story ages ago, so it's sort of lost it's luster over time. But one day, after this is 100% finished and no longer being updated at all, and some time has passed, I'm going to replay this start to finish. By the time I reach the post game everything will be still fresh in my head and I'll still immersed and invested. That's when the full appeal of the post game will really hit. "Yeah, I just saved the day and now I'm living like a king on my own island with all my girls with me. This is the life." It's because of that, this post game will be just as much a part of the story as everything else. The big epilogue where you get to sit back and enjoy the spoils of your quest.

First thing - you should already have a new location on the Republic City map - that's where you can buy Pornlove & a newspaper for Pema, from what I remember (spoiler!!!!!) Cross the Road - Right - 40 feet. But between us, you shouldn't ask what to do, just figure it out yourself. This is not Baldur's Gate III ! Here, all you really need is the ability to read and the simplest association of facts.
