I tested it for the love path and it worked for me. It took me more than 10 battles to get a girl though.

tested it for the slave route, it works in 1.0.6d.. then again i've been save scumming juuust a little bit: save right before battle, if you win and get no girl, reload that save, battle again. worked at 3rd reload latest. maybe you want to have a negative morality (below -5 i think) in slave route in order to trigger it. not certain if it's a must.

You basically just need to pass a couple days. one of the nights when you sleep you will get a mini game, then the game will progress.
