It's not entirely like that. You know, FET has been in development since 2016. Even if we assume that Marty didn't participate in the work on the game from the very beginning - after so many years, you can feel a certain weariness. Now that you aren't stuck artifically limiting yourself just start clicking into random buildings until you find it. It's the treehouse but this isn't the first time this is going to happen. Hell if you couldn't remember the treehouse had a camera you're in for a world of pain since you aren't exploring.

There are some (loli specific) dialogue options in Book 4 Love Route that you have to choose for it to unlock.
If you're past that point you can use the console and enter "b4_jinora_escalate = 3".

Yeah, like I said, I don't like it, and I don't think it's great, I think it's actually pretty bad, besides being poorly made (since Marty literally makes a game from scratch) the scenes are often recycled from the original game, it would be better to just focus on the original game, even more so because he changes from game month to month, I wanted characters like Yue to be explored in the original game, instead, she has a single scene in a spooky times.
and I really don't know what you mean by "I hope Ikki has a scene besides pissing and getting naked", she literally has sex scenes, both in book 4 and in the epilogue.

But I was talking about Spookytimes where in 2 you see her make the dreamworks face and have a marvel tier conversation while you're balls deep in Jinora, and in Spookytimes 3 you see her nude / changing and then watch her piss on the toilet.
Spookytimes scenes are different than the main game, what you get in Spookytimes just isn't in the main game. The closest we get is the singular hint that Jinora and Tenzin are still fucking (which Spookytimes confirms) during the WIP slave route epilogue.

We can hope. Ikki in the love route did make some comments about the MC starting a specific pub when the youth potions first showed up. The slave route could include even more of that type of content.Maybe more youth potion stories ?

It's quite possible. I personally don't see the need for more of this type of content. I'd be more happy to see the original 4 books expanded with new characters - Meng, Yue, TyLee's sisters (yes, Yes, YES!!!) - for example...
Maybe some modder will do something like that someday...
