Triple A games need years to complete, even if they have large teams and the money. Now, think about what you are expecting for an indie dev to do on their own or with a very very small team?
These expectations for indie adult games are waaay to high if you ask me.

I mean the game could be finished but people wanted more content for the game so he makes more, Mity is making a few lewd scenes each month wich is pretty good compared to most dev's on here

The slave route for what? Last I remember when I last played he finished the story and was just doing some epilogue island with all the grannies (which really killed my boner and stopped me from playing at that point.) I mean we learn who shady is we choose which spirit to help or to merge the two. Etc etc
