Well Sir. I had never actually played the chapter 2 love route - because they are siblings and jikes. But this latest comment finally got me curious enough and I started it. At the moment I've gotten up to the point when they are playing spin the bottle and I can already testify. This route is really enjoyable, it's way more developed than the slave route, and it's simply hilariously written.

Definitely a highlight.

I've always been a fan of the sibling romance trope.

Zuko and Azula have the most interesting relationship in the series. They grew up together, know each other unbelievably well, and were once happy. They were also raised to be enemies and nearly killed each other.

On the fateful, infamous night he went to her room. They were all alone, and she was so close - too close. Her voice, her movements, her stare… everything was as far from a normal sibling interaction as possible. It is all there.

But most people will never see it for what it is. And for what it could be.

And this is all explored in this chapter, it's much better than following the slave route where you just happen to fuck the characters and move on to the next chapter... :v

hey nah, i was just curious because it creates a lot inconsistencies with the love Route, like with Toph if you marry her, she will say they are still married and Lin is their daughter, but not explanation is about Suyin. it kind of feel incomplete since Mc and girls keep saying they love each other more than anything in the world, so i feel slave route would probably be main route of the game

I remember many years ago in Book 3 (?) that there's a throwaway line the MC says to Toph, before he leaves, that if she's going to have another daughter and that Sokka happens to be the BD, name her Suyin. So Mity ran with the Sokka is Suyin's father thing.

I beat books 2 and 3 and most of 1. Im not a big fan of Legend of Korra so Im not sure if Ill play book 4. Does Ty Lee, Azula, Toph, or Suki pop up? If so do they have any feet scenes?

They do. How much does however really depend on whether your playing the love or the slave route. I think the latter one had some footjobs (Ty Le if I'm not mistaken, also characters from that route), which were absent in the love route if I'm not forgetting something. The love route has however at this point way more interactions with the mentioned characters.

Another question. How much does it matter if you go with the Spirit, Nagia or merger path in the end? They seem to play out quite similiar but I'm not entirely sure. Also how long does the love route epilogue go and does it have an end? Played it for a couple in game days now and it seems to just continue - no complaint here, just wondering.

Honestly, man? You're going to miss A LOT. Even if you don't like it or don't watch it, you might not have even known it existed, but it would still be worth it. Both the love and slave routes—play it and then tell me if you regret it.

I’ll just say one thing: I didn’t have much interest in Korra either, but keep this in mind: Ji-no-ra.

Not really, no. The only real choice that caries over, as far as I can tell, is who you marry in book 2 love is also the "main" girl between Mai/Azula in book 4 love when they show up (and the same in the epilogue for the love route). Otherwise the only other thing is implying Lin and Izumi are "your" daughters (but you were in Zuko or Aang's body at the time).

just keep in mind that this is not a TV show. the game doesn't stick to some canon plotline in some series you don't like, of what i heard. i myself haven't watched the whole thing, aside from few glances at the first ATLA and don't plan to do so. not my thang. leaves me lucky enough to just enjoy the game, as game, and not having to wrack ym brain over any supposed mismatches and YEAbutts over something that is NOT the TV show.
i'd suggest you play like you've never seen any of the show, if you can pull that off. juuust the game, all of it. you don't like Korra? good. punish her, there's plenty of that, too.

Ah, shame...it could have been cool to have some special scene or different dialogue here and there to acknowledge previous routes. Thanks for letting me know.

Yeah, having those call backs would have been nice, but there's only so much optional content and referencing it later would likely be a lot of work for very little payoff.
