I am stuck at book 2 after lia warns me, I talk to Rei , then nothing happens even if I max scenes with Azula.(sl route).

did you pick all the jinora options back in book 4 slave? because that's how you enable the flat is justice

I am hard stuck in book 2 slave route,
i have all of Azulas training sessions at 3/3
the last story thing i remembered was her trying to kill me and blame the lesbian, nothing has come of that so far
i went out into fights dozens of times nothing changes.
i am at firebending 6/10 azula tells me to help captain rei but captain rai has nothing for medont know what to do i am lost

I haven't played this game since the end of the Earth part. Can anyone tell me if Azula has anymore love content after that?

yes, I confirm that it is a bug going back to version 1.1.2b and there the option appears

I’m not going to tell you that I remember this part, but when you're stuck, just click on everything you can interact with. If you've repeated the same action three times and nothing has changed, it probably means that's not the solution, so you'll need to think of something else.
I was stuck in the last version, and what I had to do was visit a house, interact with something, and then return to it again, which honestly seemed stupid since you wouldn’t expect anything new, but there it was…
Another thing to keep in mind is that sometimes you need to complete everything without any loose ends. Let’s say you've done everything, but you forgot to do one favor for another character, that alone could be enough to stop your progress because the game’s code has specific conditions that need to be met for progression.
So I started a new game in the book 2 slave route and got to the same point you are and got stuck too. I loaded up my save from 1.1.3f into 1.0.9e (because I had that one handy and unpacked in my fet folder) and figured out what SHOULD happen next. You should be able to talk to Rei about making a strategic decision, but for some reason in the most recent version it never calls that text/event. Saving in the older version and loading into the newer version doesn't seem to have fixed it, though the "get naked" and "shave" orders options are available now. I think something in the most recent version is broken when you select "tactics" and it calling available options, and instead defaulting to "I've got nothing for you". If I knew how to actually use unRen to decompile the game to look at the underlying code I would and see what changed, but every time I try to use something to decompile the game files I get unreadable garbage.

Not sure who could use this info but I found a few console commands for the book 5 slave route epilogue:
b5s_money= xxxxx
katara_ypotion_used=True/False (True means you've already had fun with her that night)
eps_array_suitcases=[xxx, xxx, xxx, xxx] (Default is 111, 901, 909, 999, but you can change the numbers to whatever)
eps_senna_sexdone=True/False (Same logic as above with katara)
azula_chosen/mai_chosen=True/False (Only use ONE or the other. Do NOT use both or it will crash your game and corrupt your save. If you have one set as true, you have to set the other as false before you leave the console.)
azula_preg/mai_preg=True/False (Not sure if there's a hidden mechanic where this can be applied, I haven't tried it yet, but the variable is active in the current build so go crazy.)

So, it's fucked? If you try a slave route in the most recent version of the game on Book 2, it's glitched??
That's fucking horseshit, man. I've been stuck on this glitch, too. Over and over, nothing new coming of anything that I try

Yes.
I click on the tower and the MC says "There's nothing else here"
I've done every clickable option over and over again. Even the Mai at night option in the slave route
