The official gallery is incomplete, only covering the first book and I think part of the second. I haven't tried the most recent version of the gallery mod so I can't speak to that. Which are you using and what's the problem you're having?
Once again, they were not deleted. You answered one of the loli questions in book 4 wrong and you were locked out of the scenes.
I thought I played 1.1.2 with the official gallery but I may have misremembered. Thank you for the response!

You know - not really the same age - look at TyLee herself - she looks the youngest in my opinion. One of the girls on the second plan also looks much younger than those on the first one.

The love route is finished, including the epilogue.
The slave route is finished, but the epilogue of the slave route is still being done.
For the last few updates I can't seem to unlock new content... I keep getting stuck with nothing happening. Anyone else have this problem? Tenzin leaves, Jinora says she's looking for a bathing suit. Ikki is around but whatever nothing happening there, I don't know what I'm doing wrong update after update not being able to progress...

Of course - you're right, but - after (possibly) finishing work on the slave route, maybe Marty will take on the remaster and then - who knows ?
Seriously speaking - it seems to me that FET is somehow closer to his heart, you can see it from some of his posts on Patreon, he just squeezes the cast of AtLA and TLoK wherever he can And that gives me hope...
