That's literally been his job since inventing youth potions in Book 4 Love route. All of the youth potion scenes except the actual unique ones like loli kuvira are just old head swaps on the young bodies.

In fact, I'm gonna break your immersion further. Jinora, Ikki and Old Ikki are body swaps of fucking one of the morgue bodies in the same position. The legs, vagina and penis entering them are in a separate folder to the kids
