That doesnt solve anything - because Shady is gone after our house burnt.
Looks like there is a bug after all.
If player did something in the wrong order - its a dead end.
Because there is no Shady after our hous burnt, there is no training with Toph, and there is no way to find Jin in maze because you need more training.
I assume that player have to do more training with Toph before upgrading the house\ brothel or end Suki training. Because one of that start the "burn house" script after which player will stuck if there was not enought Toph training.
I'll replay chapter 3 with love route today and try to do as much training as possible before upgrading the house\ brothel or train Suki. Hope that will work.

If I remember correctly after the house burns down you have to continuously talk to Toph at night
Alright you jag, I reloaded my saves until I got to the part where my house burned down.
-Go to the arena to try and find shady
-Go to the tavern and talk to Suki, she mentions June might have seen someone
-June tells you she saw some fat old guy
-Go talk to Iroh, he says he didn't do it
-Talk to Suki again, she says she saw a woman with giant tits.
-Talk to Joo Dee at your home in Ba Sing Se
-It is now night time, go talk to Suki
-Talk to Toph
-Train in the morning
-Keep talking to Toph at night
-Go find the 3 girls in the maze when Toph asks you to
-Toph will ask you to read her a story. Go ask Iroh for one.
-June has it, pay her for it
-After training with Toph the day after this, you will be strong enough to rebuild your house.
-Rebuild your house, get obsidian
-Upgrade the tavern
-Go to tavern, Suki will get hypnotized
-Get Katara
-Back at tavern Katara will unhypnotize Suki
-Go to your anti-hypnosis room and start undoing Suki's hypnosis
-Keep talking to Toph at night
-Continue going to the tavern, Suki gets hypnotized again
-Get Katara again
-Keep doing the anti-hypnosis sessions
-Eventually Suki will say she wants your help with a plan
-Help plan a raid on the Dai Lee
-Talk with Toph during the day, you guys go swimming
-Go to the city at night and clear out all the areas
-Talk to Toph at night
-Anti-hypnosis session with Suki
-You're strong enough to break through the wall to the very left of the first crossroad you come across, this is the area Jin is in.
That's literally everything from your house burning down until you find Jin. So what happened?

The problem is if you make those in wrong order you can't talk to june about house and stuck. Me and others trying to find that, but ı have alrady rastart the book 3 and start to play slave route after this.
I cant say now which part did I miss from that list. But for sure I didint talk with Iroh at all.
I think, I uprgaded house\brothel too soon. After which "house fire" sript starts, while I missed training with Toph.
At that point I cant sleep (cant wait till night), cant train with Toph, cant find Jin in maze due lack of training, cant talk with Shady (he is out).
As I said, I'll replay that chapter later today, and write how it went.
I dunno what to tell you man, the game literally blocked me from doing anything else except this path. So unless the fuckup happened well before this, then I am inclined to believe that you're missing something.
Your house needs to be upgraded before it catches on fire.
It really sounds like you just need to talk to Iroh.
If you mean to talk with Iroh before upgrading house and "fire accident" - ok, maybe, ill check it later.
If you mean to talk with Iroh after upgrading house and "fire accident" - then I'll repeat for the thousandth time > there is no one to talk with!!
Iroh have only three options (after house was burnt)
1)Crab battle 2)Relax 3)Go away
After the fire u have to go to the arena (shady is gone but u will meet with the lady) talk to her and then talk to suki
and for the thousandth time - there is no one to talk!

My guess is that building the upgraded brothel before the fire is what caused this snafu. Do you have a save prior to upgrading?
I'm curious to see if I can reproduce this now. Don't be too upset, it only takes like 20 minutes to get back to that point. Think of this as making the game better for everyone.
